From Knoxville or Nashville:
Take I-40 to Kingston, exit 352. Follow 58 South through Kingston and across the Tennessee River bridge. Two miles beyond the bridge, turn right onto 304 South (River Road.) Proceed 8.5 miles and turn right at the sign for John Knox Center. (If you reach Countryside General Store on the right, you just missed the turn.) Continue for 2 miles until you reach the center at the end of the road.
From Atlanta/Chattanooga I-75:
Take I-75 North to Athens, exit 52. Take a left off the exit. Follow 305 North for 10 miles until it intersects with Hwy 68. Turn left. At the 4-way stop turn right onto 58 North and go 8.3 miles. Turn left just after you cross the Roane County line (by Smitty’s Garage on left.) Go 1.9 miles to the stop sign. Turn right onto 304 North (River Road) and go 2.8 miles. Turn left at the center sign (just past Countryside General Store) Continue for 2 miles until you reach the Center at the end of the road.
From Chattanooga Highway 58:
Take Highway 58 North from Chattanooga. At the 4-way stop (at the Exxon) stay straight on 58 North and go 8.3 miles. Turn left at just after you cross the Roane County line (by Smitty’s Garage on left.) Go 1.9 miles to the stop sign. Turn right onto 304 North (River Road) and go 2.8 miles. Turn left at the center sign (just past Countryside General Store) onto W. Rockwood Ferry Road. Continue for 1.5 miles until you reach the Center at the end of the road.
From Birmingham/Chattanooga Hwy 27:
Take Highway 27 North from Chattanooga. Go straight through Dayton and turn right onto Highway 68 before entering Spring City, TN. Stay on Highway 68 across the Watts Bar Dam. Turn left onto 304 North (River Road) and go 10 miles. Turn left at the center sign (just past Countryside General Store) onto W. Rockwood Ferry Road. Continue for 1.5 miles until you reach the Center at the end of the road.
